Description
View of a dilapidated building with a sign, "Auction & Negro Sales," on Whitehall Street in Atlanta. A man attired in a brimmed hat sits on a wooden chair with a rifle leaning beside him against the front of the building. Several cigar and cigarette manufactories and tobacco stores, including "F. Geutebruck Tobacco," line the dirt street.
