Receipt containing an image showing a laborer using a pitch fork to load a "John Hays & Co. Ridge White Ash Coal" rail car.
A mound of coal on which a pitch fork rests is visible on one end of the car. The head of a horse is partially visible behind
the opposite end of the car.
