Description Illustrated billheads containing an exterior view of the "Browning & Brothers Drug and Chemical Warehouse" and storefront on the 100 block of Market Street. Crates and barrels line the sidewalk, near awning posts, in front of the store. One is marked "Oil Vitriol." Also shows partial views of adjacent buidlings. Established by Maurice Browning and his brothers circa 1839, the firm was one of the earliest involved in the United States dye trade and operated a factory known as the Aroma Mills in Camden, N.J.
