Notes
Image: On the left hand side of the envelope is a shield with the Stars and Stripes on it as well as Liberty's cap. "Liberty or Death" is printed on a "ribbon" above it. An arrow goes through a "secession" snake beneath the shield. On the right hand side of the envelope are instructions for inserting the envelopes.
