in 1929 and was completed in 1934. Designed by Chicago-based architecture firm Graham, Anderson, Probst & White. Areas of
Philadelphia to the north and east of 30th and Market Streets are visible in the distance, including the Schuylkill River,
Chestnut and Walnut Streets, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
