Description
Aerial views of Alirene Mills (formerly Bromley Mills) textile plant at Frankford Creek and Adams Avenue. The mill was owned by James Bromley and was built in 1903, designed by the architecture firm Stearns and Castor. Row homes can be seen adjacent to the factory complex.
