Description
Depicts a group of people standing near an arch and columns under construction. Many large sculptures adorn the arch. In the foreground is a barrel with a sign reading in part: Dewey Week. Arch built in Madison Square in New York City to celebrate Admiral George Dewey's victory in the Battle of Manilla during the Spanish-American War.
