      | Biographical / historical note | 
      Donald Robb Cochran (1897-1986) was born in Chester, Pa. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in
         architecture in 1921. From 1921 to 1923, he worked as a draftsman at the Boston firm of Frohman, Robb & Little. He then worked
         at the Philadelphia firm Mellor, Meigs & Howe until 1932. In 1933, he joined Sun Oil Co. as a staff architect.

      Eccles Donald Robb (1880-1942) graduated from the architectural department of Drexel Institute in Philadelphia in 1899. He
         worked at Cram, Goodhue & Ferguson in New York. From 1911 to 1914, he partnered with Clarence Brazer to form Brazer & Robb.
         He then formed Frohman & Robb and later Frohman, Robb & Little.
