Description
Photographic reproduction of order issued after the state government closed the city of Baltimore to traffic following the Baltimore Riot. Order allows the passage of a party including P. H. Birkland, Mrs. [Steinbrenner?], and J. Meredith Dryden through a port, York, Pa. or "therewise as they see fit."
