Description |
Views showing the former Penn residence tenanted by John C. Rogers, sign painter, and a wine and cigar dealer, at the southeast
corner of Second Street and Norris Alley (Sansom Street). The H-shaped building, adorned with signage and broadsides, was
the residence of Penn from 1699-1701. Also includes merchandise displays in front of the building and partial views of adjacent
businesses.
