Envelope containing pictorial details depicting different styles of hooks, saws, and taks surrounding the advertising text. The Andrews manufactory founded in 1860 was reorganized as E. Andrews & Sons in 1882.

Title from printed return address.
Contains ink-stamp postmark: Williamsport, PA Decd 23 7 PM and cancelled three-cent stamp printed in green ink and depicting George Washington in profile.
