Description
Shows the diorama displayed at the annual exhibition of the Pennsylvania State Agricultural Society in 1880 showing British troops during the Revolutionary War marching in formation past a residence adorned with a banner inscribed, "Don't Tread on Me." The family stands outside of the house, and an African American woman domestic stands in the front doorway.
