Title Patriots arouse. To arms! : All those who are willing to join a new company, now forming at Warrington and Hartsville, for the protection of the state, are requested to meet at Newville, on Thursday afternoon, at four o'clock. A few more men are wanted immediately, to fill up the ranks. The company has been accepted by the governor, and they will leave on Saturday. Come up to the work, young men, and serve your country. / William Stuckert, president. September 18, 1862.
