Description |
Bust-length portrait of Pardee as a boy. He wears his hair long and below his ears. He is attired in a dark-colored jacket,
white, high-collared shirt, and necktie. Pardee was a prominent Civil War Union officer celebrated for his leadership during
the Battle of Gettysburg. He was also the son of Ariovistus Pardee, the founder of Hazleton, PA.
