Description Interior view of the Episcopalian, former Lutheran, church known as Gloria Dei Church, built 1700-1703 by master builder John Harrison I at 929 South Water Street. Shows a pastor seated near the altar, galleries, pews, and a stained glass window surmounted by the phrase "Thou God Seest Me". All of these structures date to a major renovation in 1846.
