Notice! Property holders, business and working men of the 7th Ward are requested to attend a public meeting : to be held at the Western Hose House! On Saturday evening, March 19, at half-past 7 o'clock, to raise the necessary means to fill our quota The requisite number of men are to be had; all that's wanting is for the residents of the ward to furnish the means. Let all who are favorable to an undivided Union come--all who would sustain our brave soldiers in the field come, and contribute to this fund, that our ward may not be subject to the disgrace of a draft.
