Description |
Racist trade card illustration depicting a group of African American men and boys looking on as a photographer takes a photograph
of them. The man and boy standing in the left of the image are attired in torn clothing. The Black man in the center of the
image stands directly in front of the camera and peers into the lens. A boy in the right of the image crawls toward the scene
on all fours. The photographer is crouched under a cloak. Visible in the background is a woman standing beside a cabin.
